Repair Order Email, Text and PDF Invoice Features
We now offer an inexpensive option for sending Email, SMS text messages.
Sending invoices with a PDF option is standard!
Sending invoices with a PDF option is standard!
Setup email in your repair order software and test it all from this screen.
Click on the Email Icon, third from the left with the customer selected in the work order screen.
Enter the message you want to send and click on the send text or email button. The repair order software will send the text or email depending on how the customer is set up, you don't have to think about it.
When printing invoices you will notice an option for email PDF. This will send a copy of the invoice by email when the invoice attached as a PDF.
This option will now allow you to cc someone else, maybe your accounting person?
